Cater Appetizers & Starters


Flakey deep fried pastry filled with your choice of either spiced potatoes and pea or Lamb and peas.

Pani Puri


A popular street food of India, of crisp fried dough balls (puri) stuffed with potatoes, cucumber, tomato and onion and topped with spicy tangy cilantro tamarind water.

Chili Corn Fritter


Fried cornmeal batter mixed with fresh chilies and corn, similar to a spicy hush puppy.



A crispy fritter of shaved carrot, onion and potato, tossed in a chickpea batter with fragrant spices, chili and cilantro, deep fried.

Aloo Chop


A Kolkata street food consisting of spiced mashed potato fried in a chickpea batter.

Tandoori Chicken Kebab


Skewered chicken pieces marinated in medium spiced chili lemon yogurt, grilled and served with fresh chilies, cucumber and lemon wedges.

Kibbeh (Syrian)


Dough made of meat, bulgur, onions and mint leaves, formed into football shaped croquettes, and filled with beef, pomegranate, walnut, onions and Middle Eastern spices. They are then deep fried so they are crisp on the outside and soft inside

Tandoori Chicken


A popular North Indian appetizer of bone-in chicken marinated with lime juice, yogurt, and aromatic spices and then roasted in our tandoor oven and served with fresh chilis, sliced onions, cucumber, and lemon wedges.

Piri-Piri Chicken


African grilled Bone in chicken pieces glazed and marinated with chili, lemon and garlic resulting in a spicy, salty, smokey and sweet flavor.

Naan Bread

A soft and pillowy Indian yeasted flatbread cooked in our tandoor oven and finished with ghee and sprinkle of salt.

Aloo Chana Chaat Salad


Spiced potato and chickpea salad with chaat masala, cucumber, fresh herbs, chili and lemon ginger dressing.

Kakdi Koshimbir


Indian cucumber salad with toasted coconut, mint, cilantro and chilis and amchur powder.

Kuchumber Salad


Tomato, cucumber, cilantro and red onions with black salt, asafoetida, mango powder and black cumin.
