Local Organic Ingredients

When you enter Masala, you walk into a culinary experience crafted with the distinctive aromas of Indian cuisine. The journey starts with organic ingredients sourced from local Montana ranchers and farmers to achieve distinct flavors while supporting our community.

You’ll be entertained by our open kitchen concept where you can watch our chefs craft your dishes from scratch with pride and integrity while taking in our eclectic atmosphere. Cuisines evolve, so our diverse menu changes seasonally so we can incorporate the best ingredients available and keep your culinary adventure fresh meal after meal.

We Hire Refugee Chefs

Masala is committed to hiring refugees.  We have been partnering with Soft Landing Missoula since 2017 and International Rescue Committee (IRC), featuring and showcasing guest refugee Chefs, hosting dinners for the public allowing exposure to cuisine from their homeland, a crucial link to a home they have had to leave.  In combination with these dinners, Masala has been expanding the number of refugee employees over the years.  Today, more than half of Masala employees are refugees occupying all positions at the restaurant.
